Sarwat Jehan completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Prior to that, she worked as an early childhood educator, where she developed a deep appreciation for emotional development, personal growth, and the importance of creating safe and supportive environments for meaningful change.
Sarwat has worked with individuals navigating anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, ADHD-related challenges, executive functioning difficulties, relational stress, and struggles with focus, organization, and follow-through. She is passionate about helping clients develop healthier routines, improve self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with a sense of grounding and direction in their lives.
In addition to working with individuals, Sarwat also works with couples focusing on improving communication, deepening understanding, and helping partners move beyond repetitive conflict cycles into more intentional and connected relationships. Her coaching approach is calm, practical, and culturally responsive, blending actionable tools with reflective insight to help clients create sustainable and meaningful growth.
At the core of her work is a commitment to creating a respectful and supportive space where clients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered. Sarwat approaches her work with sincerity and care, believing that lasting change happens when people feel safe enough to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and their values.
