WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you register for an appointment on our site, as part of that process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
When you share your financial records with us in order to establish eligibility for financial assistance, we do not keep your records on file. As soon as the eligibility determination has been made, we delete all financial records from our systems permanently.

CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, book an appointment, arrange for a payment, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our services, service providers and other updates. Anytime you contact us by email or specify your email address in one of our forms or documents, you consent to your reply email address being added to our email list for future email marketing. You always have the right to opt out of our marketing emails.
In addition, if we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason like other forms of marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS

Our site uses third party application providers to improve your browsing experience and minimize the data to which Ihsan Coaching has direct access. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction maybe subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
WebFlow: Our site is hosted on WebFlow. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our services to you. The information we used on WebFlow includes first name, last name and email address. Webflow says it uses SSL encryption throughout the its platform to protect Personal Identifiable Information and non-public date from unauthorized access, and it says all communication between Webflow users and the Webflow-provided web application is encrypted-in-transit while using the application. Stripe: Our site uses Stripe as a direct payment gateway. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and its service providers. We never receive your full credit card number, but we do see the name on the card, the type of card, the last four numbers of the card, and the billing address and zip code. Google Analytics: Our site uses Google Analytics to track the total number of users by country. We can see which city visitors are logging in from (Chicago, Niles, Lake Zurich, etc.), what browser visitors are using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.), and what kind of device people are using (mobile or desktop). We cannot see names or other identifiable information of visitors to the site (name, home address, IP address, etc.). MailChimp: Our company uses MailChimp to issue marketing emails and other mass email communications to our registered mailing list. We can see each registered mailing list member’s first and last name, email address, home address, and phone number. We cannot see other identifiable information of registered mailing list members. SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

COOKIES

Our site uses “cookies” to help visitors better navigate our site. A “cookie” is a small piece of information sent by Ihsan Coaching’s web-based applications that is stored by the visitor’s web browser on the visitor’s computer’s hard drive. Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel both use cookies, as may other of our third party providers, including for purposes of retargeted marketing. Retargeting is a type of cookie used to be able to reach out to visitors later who have expressed interest in our services by engaging with our site. We mention the type of cookies we use so that you may choose to opt-out of their use while engaged with our site.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or in the event that your minor dependent is using the site, that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow such of your minor dependents to use this site.
