She also holds a Master of Science in Education, specializing in Gifted and Talented Education. With a strong foundation in mental health, Sara brings a wealth of experience to her coaching work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds.
Sara has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and in premarital coaching. She supports clients in navigating emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and addiction-related issues. She uses an eclectic approach, tailoring her methods to best meet each client’s unique needs and goals while being warm, structured, and goal-oriented.
