Mustafa Jabri is a a Licensed Professional Counselor. He obtained his Masters in Clinical Psychology and Counseling Practice from Roosevelt University after completing his Bachelors in Psychology from Benedictine University. Mustafa has worked as a therapist treating individuals with anxiety, depression, couples/family issues, grief, anger, substance abuse, self-esteem, personality disorders, addictions, and bipolar and related disorders.
In addition to working with adults, Mustafa enjoys working with teenagers and children to help them explore their self-concept. Part of working with children is training or coaching their parents on effective parenting strategies that are appropriate for raising Muslim children.
Part of Mustafa’s approach to coaching is integrating physical fitness and martial arts as a way to assist people in building holistic discipline of character, mind/brain, and body. He is an eclectic coach, utilizing successful interventions by implementing evidence-based modalities like CBT/DBT and other approaches that fit the client’s needs. Islam is the foundation of all his interventions enlightening to guide clients to happiness and satisfaction in life.
